My name is Nancy Rodriguez and I am originally from Panama City, Panama. I moved to New York at the age of 18 to have some greater experiences and later I moved to Reno, Nevada. I am a proud mother of my 7-year-old son, Alejandro.
I am a Human Resources Director with over two decades of experience with many aspects of Human Resources Director portfolio ranging from compensation, compliance performance management to strategic planning and operations. I’m a strategic leader who deployed participative management style in fast-paced, diverse workforce. I handled various areas of legal affairs, organizational development, safety, recruiting, and training development.
My passion is people and to help individuals and organizations fulfill their needs by engaging employees proactively, transforming cultures and building a strategic corporate infrastructure.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Nevada Reno in International Business. I am also certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR, SHRM-SCM). I am an active member of several HR chapters including the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) both on the national and local level.
I enjoy spending time with my son, traveling, reading, outdoor activities and listening to music. I also enjoy networking with other HR professionals where I share my acknowledge and passion for HR.
